I'm Steven Janiak — a Charleston, SC founder and operator. I build AI voice agents, automation, and revenue systems for owner-led service businesses, and I created the SAIL Method to do it the same way every time.

The origin

An operator who kept seeing the same broken system.

I spent my career inside service businesses — the kind with 5 to 50 people, an owner wearing six hats, and a pipeline leaking revenue in all the same places. Slow follow-up. Missed calls. The same task done by hand ten times a week. Different industry, identical bottlenecks.

When AI showed up, everyone reached for tools. A chatbot here, a writing assistant there, a dozen subscriptions and nothing connected. I watched owners spend money on AI and get busier, not freer. The problem was never a shortage of tools. It was the absence of a system.
