What is the SAIL Method?
The SAIL Method is a four-phase framework for turning scattered AI experiments into one revenue system: Survey the System, Activate the Agents, Integrate the Infrastructure, and Launch & Loop. Why is it called SAIL?
SAIL is rooted in Sailient Solutions, and the middle two letters literally spell AI. AI is the engine in the middle of the business; the System (S) and the Loop (L) are what make that engine worth anything. The four letters are also the four phases of the framework.
How long does a SAIL deployment take?
Most systems go live in 14 days, from the initial Survey to a working deployment. The Loop phase then continues monthly as the system is measured and refined.
